Custom Manufacturing & Quality Assurance
At https://coboggi.com, we provide custom OEM/ODM aluminum hardware solutions. Due to the highly specialized nature of custom-machined enclosures and surface treatments, our policy is as follows:
- Custom Orders: Products manufactured according to your specific technical drawings, dimensions, or finish requirements (e.g., specific CNC textures or anodizing colors) are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a change of mind.
- Defects and Non-Compliance: If a shipment does not meet the agreed-upon technical specifications or quality standards (AQL), please contact us within 14 business days of receiving the goods. We will require a technical report or photos of the discrepancy.
- Remedies: Upon verification of a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, either:
- Re-manufacture the non-compliant parts at no additional cost.
- Issue a credit for the value of the defective items toward your next order.
- Shipping Damage: Please inspect all crates upon arrival. Any damage caused during transit must be reported immediately and noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL).
